Bought these for my girlfriend (after a particularly detailed dream in which something similar had featured.) I'd shopped around and found most ruffled panties were offered in a "one size fits all," and of course they never do. These came in standard sizes, according to the vendor, and they were cute, so I bought a pair in "large" (Lisette's 6'1").
They fit, but the ruffles straightened and disappeared as the material stretched, thereby eliminating what had made them attractive in the first place. If you're petite, get "large." Everybody else: forget it. (Victoria's Secret has a ruffled panty, a little more expensive, but beautifully detailed, and they fit- like a dream...)
